At Neurodiversity Unravelled, we work with educators to enhance their understanding of neurodiversity, giving them the tools they need to help pupils thrive.

How do we help schools?
Service Level Agreements (SLA) with educational settings who are committed to enhancing the whole school environment.
Ad-hoc sessions, to provide bespoke services for staff teams to enhance the overall understanding and service delivered for neurodivergent students.
We work with educators to provide assessment and bespoke therapy sessions to meet the individual needs of pupils. Neurodivergent children may need additional support with social and communication skills, friendships, emotional regulation, learning, and independence.
Neurodivergent children and young people can struggle within the school environment, so our team provides modifications and strategies to improve pupils' ability to succeed within your school environment.

Clinical observation of students to provide individual strategies to support within specific school environment.
Moving away from misconceptions and stereotypes by working with young people to understand their own neurodivergence and unique identity.
Support for your staff
Consultation
Support staff wellbeing, providing a facilitated space to discuss current issues and develop a clear measurable plan of action.
We use a solution-focused framework to understand a child’s behaviour and development.
Working in close collaboration with staff, to think about how to use resources in the school.
Provide staff with pre and post measures to support recognition and awareness of change.
Training
Build staff confidence around neurodiversity and how best to support student’s unique needs.
We work with staff to target specific areas of need in your team e.g. thinking about female presentation; reducing anxiety in school environment, enabling ADHD students to achieve.

Introduction to Neurodiversity coffee mornings for parents / carers.
1-1 consultations with parents and teaching staff to support educators to navigate sensitive conversations with families around neurodivergent presentations.
