We offer free initial consultations

During your free initial consultation, you will speak with a member of our team who will listen and discuss your situation along with our processes. If you contact us via email, we will contact you back by telephone, then email you all the information for you to read over.

We will respond to enquiries as soon as possible (maximum within 24 hours). We do not offer emergency support and would recommend contacting your GP, or NHS 111 in this situation.

LOCATION

Our clinic is at Edinburgh House, 19 Nassau Street W1W 7AF. Please speak to us if you would like an assessment in a different location, as we are potentially able to offer this. Where possible, we also offer online therapy and assessment.

FEES

Where a set fee is charged, it’s listed on the relevant pages. Other fees vary depending on many factors and we can offer bespoke packages. Our aim is to keep your costs to a minimum, so we will not recommend any treatment that we do not believe that you will benefit from.


We are also authorised by a range of healthcare providers if you wish to claim on your private health insurance.

Payment must be made at least one month prior to the assessment.
If payment has not been received in full a minimum of 4 weeks before the appointment, then regrettably the appointment will be cancelled. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice before the appointment or non-attended appointments without any prior notice, are charged at full prices.

PAYMENTS

A 10% deposit is required one week upon Neurodiversity Unravelled receiving your client information form. The remainder payment must be made at the time of receiving your assessment appointment details.


If payment has not been received in full a minimum of 4 weeks before the appointment then regrettably the appointment will be cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know you would like to cancel an appointment.
